New Account

All customers are required to complete this wholesale application in order to establish an account with us. Customers based in the United States must also submit a valid Resale Certification

Ordering Process:

Orders can be placed as soon as the account is setup.
The minimum requirement for an order is different per brand.
Most items to be ordered in full cases.
All orders are custom pre-orders from manufacturer or authorized suppliers.
All sales are finals, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Claims for damages or shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods and submitted with supporting documentation to be considered.
In an event of product changes such as new label, new packaging, Ishtar Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for replacement of the current stock with new products

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to process the order. If customer cancels an order that is already confirmed and processed by Ishtar Cosmetics LLC, the deposit shall be forfeited to Ishtar Cosmetics LLC as liquidated damages.

Payment

The remaining balance is due when the order is complete and at our warehouse.

Shipping

Customers will be notified when their order is ready. We can arrange domestic and international delivery with a competitive freight charge or shipping can be arranged by customer.
